R2000 CONTROL UNIT FOR WOOD DRYING KILNS AND PALLETS STERILIZATION

The R-2000 regulator is a fine-tuned product to control the wood drying kiln in a rafined way. When combined with SystemRX control software, it can also carry out sterilization according to the FAO's ISPM-15 provisions.
The most important characteristics of the R-2000 regulator are:

- Possibility of managing an additional measurement card, so to have 16 wood moisture probes, 4 temperature probes and 4 EMC probes available.
R2000 can also measure air temperature by dry bulb and wet bulb method: in this case, the wood drying programmes are based on the same technique..

- Heating and dehumidification control can be carried out proportionally. The heating is also equipped with an analogic output for the ventilation control by inverter.

- Heating energy economization system;

- Electricity consumption control and reduction according to the time of day and festivity;

- Heating valves and dumpers position control.

- A wide range of wood drying program phases can be carried out choosing different priorities such as:
1° - Temperature and EMC;
2° - Average Wood Moisture
3° - Time.
In this way it is possible to optimise the cycles according to the differenttypes of dryers.
